01 — Who we are
GAMEXVIA is an independent publication about games. This policy covers gamexvia.com: the issue, the index, and the mailing list. It does not cover the studios, stores, or other sites we link to.
02 — What we collect
- Email address, if you ask for the next issue.
- Messages you send us directly.
- Basic technical data the browser already sends: pages requested, approximate location from an IP address, and browser type. We use this to keep the site working.
We do not ask for an account, a payment method, or a player profile.
03 — How we use it
An email address is used to send the issue you asked for. We do not add you to any other list. Technical data is used to fix the site and understand which pieces are read. We do not sell personal information.
04 — Who else sees it
A host or an email service may process that information so the site and the list can run. They only receive what they need for that work. We do not pass your address to game developers or advertisers.
05 — Cookies
The site does not use advertising cookies. A browser may store a preference of its own. You can block cookies in the browser; the issue will still be readable.
06 — How long we keep it
A list address stays until you ask to be removed. Write to us and we will take it off. Server logs are kept only as long as the host needs them for security.
07 — Children
GAMEXVIA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
08 — Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
