01 — Reading the issue
GAMEXVIA is an editorial site. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, leave the site.
02 — What this is
We write about independent games. A listing, a rating, or a description is an opinion from this issue, not an offer to sell the game. “Visit game” leaves GAMEXVIA for another site, which has its own terms.
Studios, release dates, and descriptions can change. We correct the issue when we can. We do not promise that a game is available, finished, or suitable for every reader.
03 — How to use the site
- Read it, link to it, and quote a short passage with credit.
- Do not copy the issue, the wordmark, or the layout and present it as your own.
- Do not break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or use it for anything unlawful.
04 — The mailing list
If you leave an email address, you are asking for the next issue. You can ask to be removed at any time. The list is described in the privacy page.
05 — Names and pictures
The GAMEXVIA wordmark and the writing in each issue belong to GAMEXVIA. Game titles belong to their developers. Photographs are used as editorial artwork for this publication and are not screenshots we claim to have made.
06 — Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for interruptions, mistakes in a listing, or anything that happens after you follow a link away from GAMEXVIA.
07 — Stopping access
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
08 — Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to read the site after that date means you accept the update.
